Outcome Chart

The main focus of today's assignment was to design some kind of chart that will help us plan the finial outcome of our graduation project. In this chart we must organized by date when we think important event related to our topics will be and a brief description of what will be happening during that event whether that be planning an interview or buying my guitar.

After I finished working on the survey I planned on spending the last half an hour of class working on my webliography because it is due on Friday.

Today I posted my Collage that I hope might help give a visual example of what my topic is all about.

Photoshop

After finishing the in class assignment I started to expand on my topic by creating a collage in relation to my topic. The requirements for the collage is on the class Blog and when I am done I will try to find a way to post it on my blog.

Busy Work

Today I'm going to have to focus more on finishing my key terms and resource then anything else. I pretty sure that I will definitely be learning the guitar for my project instead of Kendo so I'm going to redirect my focus towards that topic.

Sunday Sunday Sunday

This weekend I am planning on sitting down with a possible guitar teacher. He lives across the street and has several guitars that he said I could use until I get one of my own. The idea of taking Kendo is still very much a possibility and I'll have more information on that as time goes on.

Rethinking my topic

The more and more research I do the more and more I'm starting to see that Kendo might might be as easy to do as I thought, so I was thinking about changing to the guitar. with this new topic I would study the background of the guitar, some of the most well known guiter players, and how to play the insturment itself.

Price Check

To my surprise I found out that I will be able to attend a weekly Kendo class every Thursday at the University of Pittsburgh for about $125.00 a year. This is great because its fairly inexpensive and I will be able to get to class by bus without any trouble.

Kendo for sure

Over the past couple of days i have spent a good amount of time researching the art of kendo. From what i gather it is like an Asian form of fencing the relies mostly on quick thinking and agility. I have also found several location where i can learn kendo like the University of Pittsburgh in Oakland.

New topic

today i decided that i wanted to change my topic. Now I am looking into kendo because it seems like something that would be fun to do.

Picking a topic

Today in class i decided to look further into still frame animation. I found this topic very interesting because it would give me the chance to express my abnormal sense of creativity. Now that I have a topic i plan on looking into the materials I will need to produces a well made animation. I suspect that befor I start messing with any cameras I should plan out a story board so I could have some sense of direction.
